I have told myself over and over that the more i fill in my time with fun events and things to be doing all the time.....the faster it will fly by...and i have had success!!!! School is over in about 35 days summer will be here and i will be freeee!!!!!! So here is what has been going on in my life lately!!
Silly me i sprained my ankle dancing for the Celebration...crutches are the worse thing ever invented and i am so glad to be rid of them.....going on the stinky elevator at school was not the most thrilling thing ever....
I started a sewing class with a lovely older lady in my ward who is teaching me just about EVERYTHING there is to know about sewing. She completely turned her basement into a sewing room and has about 5 sewing machines! 5!!! So every saturday morning (yes i wake up early) from 9-noon i learn and practice sewing.....look at my stitches!!! Awww such a beginner...
Sister Nixon taught me and some girls how to sew a pillow case, one of the easy things to sew (haha....NOT) i forget what this fabric was called which is a bummer since i have spent time learning all the names....cuddleskin is my favorite:) isnt it beautiful? Its beige with dark brown lace....PERFECT for my room...I am now making (myself) a purplish....kinda? high waisted pencil skirt.....the material is GORGEOUS!! and so far i have cuz out my pattern and have gotten measured so i can sew it to fit me perfectly!! Cant wait for it to be finished!!
During our temple celebration dance practice we were surprised with the news that a certain celebrity was coming to the chori practice! so after a quick closing prayer we all drove off into the rain to hunt for our favorite pop star!! David archuleta!!!! Go to

On kasey's birthday we were surprised with tickets to David's concert!!! Hes so good at performing and i had a really fun time!

i finally....FINALLY got my permit!! I didnt do so well on my test but i passed! So thats good! I just got back from driving range and i have found im pretty good at parallel parking...something i was scared of! Im excited to drive:)
We went to the temple as a family over spring break! The flowers were beautiful!

Despite the snow that has come to us in....APRIL!.....Grrrrr.....And as much as i hate the snow this was very very pretty. I cannot WAIT for the open house i love the temple so much!
The top is a brown and cream swirl pattern with red and pink leaves and a pea green flower!
The third one i am wearing and its a grayish blue polka dot pattern with a strip of blue/gray with red flowers and one big red flower!! She also brought my favorite homeade lollipop! Yummmm
